At Summit Research, product integrity, safety, and purity remain our highest priorities. Every item we ship is verified to meet or exceed 99% purity, and we stand firmly behind that standard. Because our compounds are highly sensitive and intended strictly for research use only, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.

99% Purity Guarantee

We take confidence in the quality of every product we offer. If a valid third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) indicates that any Summit Research product falls below 99% purity, we will provide a full refund for that item.

To submit a purity claim:

  • Contact us at support@summitresearch.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include a copy of the third-party COA showing the product name, batch or lot number, and a purity result below 99%.
  • Our team will review your submission and respond within 3–5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Outside of the Purity Guarantee, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for ordering mistakes, changes of mind, or improper use. This policy helps preserve strict quality control and ensures all customers receive uncompromised products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@summitresearch.com. Please include a detailed explanation along with clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review the case and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under limited circumstances, including:

  • Verified purity below 99% through a valid third-party COA.
  • Orders that were not delivered due to an error on our end.
  • Situations where a replacement cannot be provided and the issue was reported within the required timeframe.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or returned without prior approval (excluding items submitted for third-party purity testing under the Purity Guarantee).
